Section 1 – Orders

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number.

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a second email with your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment every step of the way.

If you haven't received your confirmation or shipping emails, please contact us at info@maquiactive.com or via WhatsApp, and we'll be happy to assist you.

Can I change, cancel, or add items to my order after it's been placed?

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we'll do our best to accommodate your request, including updating shipping information, changing items, or modifying your order whenever possible.

Once your order has been dispatched, we're unable to make changes or cancel it. If needed, you may request an exchange after your order has been delivered, subject to our exchange policy.

Do you have a size guide?

Yes. Every product page includes a detailed Size Guide to help you choose the best fit.

If you're between sizes or need additional assistance, our Customer Care team will be happy to help you find the right size.

What materials do you use?

Our collections are crafted using carefully selected, premium-performance fabrics, including Nylon, Polyester, Polyamide, Elastane, Spandex, and Cotton.

Fabric composition varies by style and is listed on each individual product page.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes. You can select the Gift option during checkout.

Every gift order includes complimentary basic gift packaging. For a more elevated presentation, you can upgrade to our premium gift box for an additional USD $5.00.

You can also include a personalized gift message at no additional cost.
